Cari
As a Graduate School Counselor at CP360, Cari brings a strategic and holistic approach, guiding applicants through school selection, essay and interview preparation, recommendation strategy, and career alignment. She is passionate about helping students uncover their authentic stories and present them in ways that resonate with admissions committees.
Cari has fifteen years of experience supporting students in gaining admission to both undergraduate and graduate programs from both sides of the desk. She began her career coaching high school students through the admission process before joining the Office of Admission at Colorado College. She later served as a Director in their Career Center, where she advised students applying to top business, law, and medical schools as well as pursuing nonprofit and corporate careers.
She has also spent five seasons evaluating medical school applications for the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, giving her insider knowledge of what makes candidates stand out in highly selective pools. In addition, Cari brings a corporate perspective from her time at a Fortune 200 company, where she coached MBA candidates through admittance into T20 programs.
Cari earned a B.A. in Psychology from Carleton College and an M.A. in Leadership from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. In her free time, she can be found running on trails, chasing frisbees, or trying to keep up with her monster of a dog.
