    Jane

Jane is a dedicated and experienced college counselor with nearly a decade in education, specializing in highly selective college admission and student advising. Before transitioning to college counseling, Jane worked in admissions at Brown, Bates, and Wesleyan. She directly recruited prospective students, conducted evaluative interviews, and reviewed over 10,000 applications from domestic, international, transfer, athletic, and specialized scholarship applicants. These experiences have allowed her to guide students in successfully presenting their best and authentic selves in their applications while helping them confidently navigate the evolving college admissions landscape.

Committed to guiding students through one of the most pivotal moments of their academic journey, Jane brings expertise, insight, empathy, and a counseling approach centered on trust and encouragement to her work with students at College Prep 360. She believes the key to a successful college search is building a strong relationship with students and their families, creating an environment where students feel comfortable sharing their aspirations, excitement, and concerns. By tapping into each student’s unique potential, academic curiosity, and personal interests, she assists students in identifying the best-fit college options that align with their goals and values. With a natural sense of humor and a warm, approachable demeanor, Jane strives to make the journey feel less overwhelming and more like an exciting step toward a bright future.

Beyond her work at College Prep 360, Jane enjoys investing time in philanthropy. She has worked as a college counselor and essay specialist for College Horizons, a nationally recognized nonprofit that provides intensive college and graduate admissions workshops for indigenous students. She has also served as a College Scholarship Application Reader for the prestigious Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, evaluating hundreds of applications from exceptionally high-achieving students with financial need. Currently, Jane volunteers with Bright Prospect, a community-based organization that helps high-achieving, low-income students gain access to top-ranked colleges. As an alumna of the program, she gives back as a mentor and translator.

At the heart of all her roles as an educator is Jane’s deep connection with the students she supports. She is continuously fascinated by young people’s curiosity, resilience, and passions and feels incredibly privileged to play a role in shaping their futures. For Jane, working with CP360 students is more than just guiding them through applications; it is about empowering them to recognize their strengths, embrace their stories, and take confident steps toward the next chapter of their lives.
