As a College Prep 360 Innovation Coach, Rachel helps students turn sparks of curiosity into meaningful projects that reflect who they are and create lasting impact. She helps young people uncover their strengths, chart bold paths forward, and navigate the complex journey from vision to reality. For Rachel, the greatest joy lies in watching students grow into confident, purpose-driven leaders who see challenges as opportunities for impact.

Rachel brings more than two decades of experience as an educator, leader, and connector. She has directed innovative academic programs, built cross-sector partnerships, and led multi-million-dollar divisions to historic growth—all while championing student engagement and equity. Whether leading a division, designing curricula, or coaching one-on-one, Rachel blends vision, strategy, and a steadfast belief in each student’s ability to achieve extraordinary things.

Her scholarship and presentations explore leadership development, executive presence, and the transferability of skills across industries and disciplines. Rachel holds a Doctor of Education from Columbia University, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees from The Ohio State University. She has also been awarded multiple fellowships from institutions, including the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Outside of her professional work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and their dogs. She stays active through soccer and skiing, and she loves exploring the world through travel and SCUBA diving. She is happiest when she is learning something new, chasing adventure, and helping others unlock their full potential.
