    Rachel

Rachel joins College Prep 360 as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), a newly created role built to drive the firm's marketing, sales, and growth strategy. For nearly 20 years, Rachel has worked in consultative sales to C-suite executives and high-net-worth individuals, building her career at the intersection of sales strategy, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Most recently, Rachel served as Principal, Growth at Sullivan, where she led the agency's growth team and was responsible for its reputation and new business development. She drove the agency’s full rebrand, redesigned the firm's sales process, cut business development costs, increased pipeline volume and win rate, and significantly increased agency revenue. Earlier in her career, Rachel was a Vice President of Business Development at Blue State, a digital agency, where she helped the company double in size. She began her career in major donor fundraising and business consulting sales, working with Fortune 500 companies and HNWIs.

As CRO, Rachel will lead marketing and brand strategy, oversee client acquisition and the sales team, and drive College Prep 360's expansion into new markets—all while protecting the discretion, quality, and white-glove experience that families expect from the firm. Her approach pairs data-driven rigor with the kind of consultative, relationship-first sales process she's used for two decades to build trust with C-suite executives and HNW families alike. She's especially energized by the opportunity to build and mentor a team to help College Prep 360 reach more of the families who can benefit from its work.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University.

Rachel lives in Brooklyn and is happily busy with her blended family of four kids and her barky poodle. When not overseeing logistics of family life, she can be found skiing in Park City or reading at the beach.
