Sarah comes to College Prep 360 with a wide range of college admissions experience. In addition to having worked as a test prep tutor and an essay coach for more than one hundred high school students, she also served as the program manager for a college access non-profit, helping first-generation college students apply for colleges and scholarships. Sarah recently completed her M.S. in Higher Education Administration and Policy at Northwestern University, where she was an application reader on the admissions team at the prestigious Kellogg School of Management, and completed a year-long original research project looking at the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on college students’ feelings of belonging to their campus community.
Sarah naturally has a relational work style, taking care to know and value each individual student and colleague. She especially loves to work with students on their writing, believing the medium to be a beautiful way to get to know students on a deeper level and a great opportunity to both mentor and learn from students.
Sarah received her B.A. in French and Linguistics from Grinnell College and her M.S. in Higher Education Administration and Policy from Northwestern University. She currently lives in Chicago and loves playing Bananagrams, Scrabble, crossword puzzles, or any other word games she can get her hands on.
