As the Enrollment Director at College Prep 360, Susan is driven by a genuine passion for the college admissions journey, guiding families through its complexities with clarity and insight. She is dedicated to empowering students to showcase their most authentic selves, ensuring they transition into higher education with total confidence.

Susan brings over 13 years of high-touch client partnership and sales leadership experience to CP360. Prior to specializing in enrollment, she spent more than a decade as a Senior Account Director at PDi, where she successfully launched the company’s U.S. presence from the ground up and helped build a high-performing team. Her deep expertise in programmatic media and digital advertising strategy was honed during impactful tenures at industry leaders like StackAdapt and Vericast, where she was consistently recognized for surpassing aggressive quotas and fostering deep-rooted client relationships.

Susan also brings a unique global perspective to the team. In 2018, she spent a year working across three continents with Remote Year, managing major accounts seamlessly from around the world. Throughout her career, her hallmark has always been personalized advocacy and building authentic, trust-based partnerships.

Susan earned her B.S. in Communications from the University of Miami, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a focus on Advertising and International Studies. Now based in San Diego, she spends her free time traveling, attending spin classes, exploring the local food scene, and passionately cheering on her Miami Hurricanes (Go Canes!).
