At College Prep 360, Tom works with students to think bigger, move with intention, and build innovation projects that create real, tangible momentum. He helps them uncover what makes them unique, translate it into meaningful work, and step forward with confidence using their ideas to unlock their future and positively influence the world around them.

Tom is a former Meta Global Director who has spent over two decades leading innovative creative and marketing teams in Silicon Valley and at award-winning ad agencies. He’s led industry-leading work for brands like Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Sony PlayStation, Audi, and ESPN building ideas that connect with people in human, meaningful ways.

Throughout his career, Tom has led and developed hundreds of young professionals, pushing them beyond surface-level thinking into bold, culture-shifting ideas. His work centers on turning a seed of an idea into projects that build momentum and create waves of positive change.

When he’s not working with students at College Prep 360, Tom lectures at universities including USC, LMU, and Emerson LA. He lives near the ocean in the Los Angeles area with his wife, three children, three dogs, and a horse.
